Crack the code of your personal matrix and get clear about what you really want from life, why you’ve got what you’ve got here and now; and take away the fears of starring in your ultimate life script as a powerful, passionate participant in life’s fortunes.
Step 1 is to write a wish list. You have free reign to go wherever you want with this, though we'll get to the bottom line of it when we begin working together. You will get what you ask for, or something better. We often think we know what’s best for ourselves and how we’re going to get there, where letting go of our attachments of how we want things to be can be amongst our greatest lessons. Life naturally brings goodness beyond present perception - in its own sweet way.
Step 2 is to produce a run down of your life so far. This should include as much of the following as you can gather, preferably in age order, pre-birth to date.
- What was going on in the lives of your parents, in particular your mother, during your pregnancy?
- A brief family history, including siblings, adults, major influences on the family, status, (in)stability, etc.
- Your personal social standing during childhood, puberty, education, work, sport, spiritual and any other communities.
- Any illnesses, accidents, traumas, dramas; and their causes, if known. What was going on in your life, or the lives of those around you, when these things took place?
- When did you gain or lose weight, start to lose your hair, start smoking, over-eating, over-exercising, regularly drinking, drugging, whatever your poison? When did your behaviour / outlook on life change? What was taking place, in and around you, at these specific points in your life?
- Do you have issues with your sex or sexuality? Are you healthily enjoying, expressing, sharing, growing? How could it be better? Where or when might you be stuck?
- Any scar stories (physical & emotional)?
- Defining moments. The silliest things may have had the most impact, especially if they just happen to cross your mind!
- Do you remember your major physical home moves, extensions, or changes in social structure? Why did these changes take place?
- Who used to live or work in your space before you moved in? How did they do and what happened to them?
- What’s your take on your current issues, including those you feel powerless over and accept as normal? How are things now? Ideally, how would you like them to be, if there were no restrictions?
- Is anything or anyone else running your life?
Whatever you have not been able to bring to the table from the above list, we can name together, if need be. The above will provide us with all the clues we need to uncover your internal dialogue, discover your essence and confirm the reflection of your life in your space, giving us a matrix within which we can create change.
If you just can’t access your memories, or find the thought of ‘flashing back’ fearful or painful, this in itself is valuable information that we can use as a starting point to moving you on. Memories can be safely regained and no-go areas turned around, if need be. We can work with whatever you can bring to the table, no matter how much, or how little, or how vague
Step 3 is that you simply and honestly show up, when the time is right for you, with an open mind and heart. This is your Lap Of Honour, so the only option is to do it – once and for all - with style. You are making the choice to let your past go, with thanks and grace, handing life over to the bigger and better things that await you. Have the courage to take the leap of faith and fly.
