My husband and I had always considered ourselves lucky people, but three years ago things began to go very wrong. Major issues like health and finances hit rock bottom and carried on without any light at the end of the tunnel. We just thought we’d drop you a line to say thanks. Since you came to our home some months ago there has been a distinct improvement in our lives. We are in the early stages of making the feng shui changes that you recommended, and there have already been marked changes in both our work and personal areas. Right from the start, we found our ‘interview’ session very enjoyable and illuminating – your questions lead us to consider and clarify what we both wanted, separately and together, from our lives. The instructions you gave us on the day were very clear and we were reassured that we were welcome to contact you if there was anything still unclear. We were also relieved by the degree of flexibility that exists and allows for personal tastes in furnishings and interior decorations. Some specific changes that have occurred already include: a marked and lucrative development in Tony’s Computer Doctor business. As a result Tony is feeling much happier and more confident and positive. An increase in Dani’s involvement in performing and teaching Flamenco. We’ve found that we seem to have much more time together (one of the things that we both felt we needed) and that’s wonderful – perhaps the shifting around of the bedroom layout has contributed to that. Tony’s health seems also to have improved and he is no longer coming down with the vague illnesses that he used to get. Thank you again and wishing you all the very best.

Hey Kenny, remember us? Hmmm how could you forget, eh? Twin boys, older girl, Jamaican nutter (Winston) and me (Michelle), very interested in your subject feng shui, you gave us a consultation a while ago and we established that our fame and money areas were missing, which explained our decline in our very successful and profitable promotions business. Well, you would not believe what is going on for us today! We now own two nightclubs and are very very happy in our relationship (I never thought this was possible) and the icing on the cake for me is that I am now on a two year practitioners course to become a feng shui consultant (which I may add cost £3,000 – maybe you should be teaching the subject!?). I was expecting to be told to rid my house of its clutter and stick up a few wind chimes. Whilst there was a bit of that, the visit from Kenny was more extensive, experiential and all-consuming than anything you might expect from a something called a ‘feng shui consultation’. It seemed to involve every aspect of my history, my life and my being, as well as my home.

It was a truly provocative experience. It came at a time of enormous upheaval in almost every aspect of my life. I feel it helped set me on the right path. And I feel it gave me strength, optimism and focus. Goodness knows how!

Practically, it also led to some both major and subtle changes in the way I use the space in my home. It now makes a lot more sense and feels like a more tranquil place to live, sleep and move on.

What I particularly appreciated was the time and effort spent understanding my character, lifestyle, where I was at, why I was there and where I wanted to go. Sometimes this was disarming. I didn’t know all the answers of course, but the process helped shed some light. Rather than a set of rules and regulations, I was given some truly personal guidance.

Proclamation of Kenny’s fab feng shui. Kenny was very methodical and clear in his analysis of my situation starting with how I wanted to change my life / goals / relationships.

I found it very interesting the way he explained the direction I should be facing whilst asleep or whilst working – which meant totally rearranging all my furniture and rethinking the whole aspect of the room. He ascertained that I was facing my direction of total loss when composing music which could explain my terrible finances.

He also picked up on the fact that I find it very hard to switch off – that the whole room is great for thinking but is not exactly soothing, so not good for relaxation.

He suggested that I separate my living and working areas by installing a curtain to give my relationship area total privacy. This has helped give me a clearer definition between work and play so that I’m not so easily distracted whilst working and am more relaxed in my relationship area.

I found it fascinating the way he picked up on my self image – the fact that I had no photographs of myself in my professional guise as a musician on display. He suggested I ‘come out of the closet’ and get on with it – I’ve been half heartedly faffing around for too long as I’m only too aware. Seeing these photos of myself has helped greatly as I now see myself regularly in a positive light doing what I’m good at – and even if I say so myself, I look good!

Kenny was honest, helpful, insightful, caring and listened to me – responding directly with practical ways to change my living space and my life. Thanks Kenny – from one star to another.

My dear Kenny

My home has not felt so bright with positive energy before you came and ‘did it over’. I have always had a nice home. I remember you said that the basic ‘feeling’ was good when you first came. But since you gave your caring focussed attention on the details of energy flow and so on, both Glyn and I feel a palpable difference. Although it was just a matter of reorganising furniture and pictures, nothing major it seemed, it HAS made a major shift in the ambience.

I have never felt such a sense of joyful peace with I go into my bedroom. It’s the place to rest, and I do! I have done something about the beam; disguised it very cleverly with braiding. The ‘cutting edge’ is now disempowered. It’s a soft edge now and really fits in with the room discreetly; and its extraordinary how I experience the difference. There IS a difference. Such a simple thing, and the change is subtle, but significant.

I like your approach to this feng shui business. Its all done with such sensitivity and appropriateness to the WHOLE circumstances and situation. You take it all in, the people, the place, the personalities and characters, the needs, desires, and many limitations in terms of what changes are possible. As you know there was no way I would have felt comfortable about discarding any of my furniture – mostly heirlooms – really too large for my flat. And you took all that into account and worked with what was there. And it all fit in! Beautifully.

It feels a little strange to witness feng shui becoming so popular here in the West. I grew up with it as a normal facet of life in Hong Kong. It was a most obvious and ordinary consideration in my experience there. It has always made sense to me. I have seen and heard of too many feng shui ‘disasters’ – when people did not take placement of buildings (even power stations), doors, furniture, etc. seriously enough in relation to energy flow. And now in the Western world people at long last are waking up to understanding something about feng shui. I know it makes a difference. It all makes deep sense to me. And it does take an expert to do it properly. So when I say you are a MASTER, I feel qualified to say so. I appreciate the knowledge, and perception it takes to be a good feng shui practitioner. You have an extra sensitivity and compassion which is rare and very valuable. A gift to all of us who have had the privilege and joy of having you in our homes to put us in the flow and back in balance.
